Terms and conditions
It is essential that you read ALL the terms and conditions of the affiliate program along with the full details of how the program works. By joining our affiliate program you acknowledge that you have not only read all these details but you have fully understood them and agree to adhere to them.
Joining our affiliate program
By submitting your application to join our affiliate program you are thereby bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The sole purpose for your participation in our affiliate program, is solely to legally advertise our website to receive the agreed commission percentage on product sales only, via the individuals/businesses referred to us.
Withdrawal of affiliate status
We reserve all rights against the operation and inclusion of our affiliate program and as such we hold the right to withdraw your affiliate status at any time. We are not obliged to provide you with a reason for withdrawal. However, status will be withdrawn for any one of the following reasons:
- Advertising of any kind or nature which contains or promotes illegal activities, products or services
- Advertising of any kind or nature which contains or promotes explicit adult material
- Sending of mass mail (commonly referred to as 'spamming')
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Inappropriate or misleading advertising of any kind
- False claims of any kind
- Misleading hyperlinks
This list is not exhaustive. Any action or inference which may compromise our professionalism or integrity will result in immediate withdrawal.
Affiliate links
Our creative graphics have been specially designed to generate the best possible click-through rates. However, we have no objection if you wish to use your own graphics or text links provided that they do not contravene the above conditions. You are permitted to advertise our services online, in e-mails and also offline in newsletters and printed media.
Who is eligible to join?
There are no restrictions as to who may participate in our affiliate program, as long as the above conditions can be met. However, best results are gained where your own website offers products or services which are likely to generate a need for or interest in insurance cover.
The agreement
The terms of the agreement commence when you submit your information and thereby sign up to be one of our affiliate partners - the agreement will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms and conditions of this affiliate program may be changed or modified by us at any time without prior notice. If the modified terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, you must contact us to end this agreement. Should you continue in the program after the terms and conditions have been modified this will constitute your acceptance of any changes made. Continuing to participate in the program will constitute your acceptance of any changes made.
Liability
Whilst every effort is made to maintain our websites and associated systems, we do not claim that running our affiliate program will be without errors. We will not be liable for any disruption as a result of such errors. We cannot be held liable in any way for the loss of database files or for loss as a result of intended damage or harm to our website or programmes. We are not liable in any way for accidental or indirect damages, either in loss of revenue or of commissions payable, as a result of affiliate tracking failures or programme inadequacies. We do not make any implied or expressed guarantees or warranties with respect to either our affiliate program and/or the products sold on our website.
