[+] What is the difference between Legal Aid and 'No Win No Fee' claims?

Legal Aid for personal injury cases was, for the most part, abolished in England and Wales in the late 1990s and replaced with 'No Win No Fee' arrangements.

This is the term used to describe a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) between you and the appointed solicitor, which will enable the solicitor to handle a personal injury case on the understanding that if the case is lost, you will not have to pay the solicitors' fees as these will be covered by an insurance policy.
