To make a claim
It is important to report all incidents to your insurers ASAP, even if there doesn’t appear to be much damage to your vehicle. But if you need to make a claim, we’re here to support you. Just call us on 0333 3709 999 with your policy number.
This number is written on your policy schedule and it will help us find your policy records and so deal with your call as efficiently as possible. If can’t find your policy number, still call us and we’ll find it for you.
We’re not the kind of people to try and pull the wool over our customer’s eyes. So we use Feefo, an independent third party company to collect feedback on every policy we sell (see below). This way, we get another view on how we’re doing so we can improve our service wherever possible.
