We’re big fans of the outdoor life and we know that you are too. As providers of insurance for motorhomes and caravans for more than 20 years, we’ve heard time and again how much you enjoy spending your holidays with family and friends at a variety of locations across the continent.
We love hearing your stories and that’s part of the reason we created our Campsite Finder tool. We wanted to spread the word about the amazing camping locations that we’ve experienced ourselves or heard about from the experts – you.
In the spirit of sharing, we’ve recently been asking you to tell us your favourite #CampingMemories with the added incentive of a fantastic prize for the story that we enjoyed the most.
The prize included:
- A 7-night camping stay for a family of four at one of six fantastic Park Holidays UK campsite locations along the South Coast.
- Annual subscription to Camping or Practical Caravan magazine courtesy of magazine.co.uk
- £200 Ultimate Gift Card so the winner could stock up on camping essentials.

Unfortunately, as much as we loved ALL of your #CampingMemories, there could only be one winner.
Whilst it wasn’t an easy choice, we felt that the imagination showed by Jo Thomas and her family to make the most of a misty night and a full moon was a great example of making camping memories.
